When you asked us to provide a high quality Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday we had a chat with Chef. He agreed as long as it was done properly, he would do it. So now you can have your traditional fried breakfast your way.

Clive has recently cultivated a relationship with an inshore fisherman on the south coast. So much to Chef's delight we have the best possible fish that he has ever cooked, he loves cooking fish and doesn't understand why people find it a difficult thing to do.
